ABOUT KEVIN SCHMIDT

As a Senior Associate within the North America Institutional Sales and Client Service team at American Century Investments®, I play a vital role in fostering enduring client relationships. In sales, my efforts are concentrated on cultivating connections and prospecting within the Central Midwest region, encompassing states such as Missouri, Kansas, Colorado, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota, Iowa, Illinois, Michigan, Wisconsin, Indiana, Wyoming, and New Mexico. I engage with public and corporate retirement plans, endowments, foundations, and outsourced chief investment officer (OCIO) entities to introduce them to our suite of offerings. On the client side, my focus is on ensuring an exceptional experience throughout our clients\' relationship with us. This includes providing meticulous support during the onboarding process for new clients, regardless of their choice of account type, be it Collective Investment Trusts (CITs), Sub-Advised, Separate, or UCIT accounts. Moreover, I offer essential service support by conducting comprehensive account reviews, promptly addressing inquiries and requests, and collaborating with internal investment management and operations teams. My overarching goal is to demonstrate a profound understanding of our institutional prospects and clients, their investment objectives, and the intricacies of our institutional services. Through proactive support and an unwavering commitment to client satisfaction, I strive to reinforce our role as a trusted investment manager.
