With over 15 years of experience in program and project management, I am currently the PMO Senior Program Manager at Chamberlain Group, a global leader in engineering and manufacturing of innovative Commercial, Residential entry access solutions. As part of the PMO team, I oversee the execution of complex and strategic projects across multiple business units and regions, ensuring quality, cost, and schedule adherence. I lead cross-functional teams through the product development cycle, from ideation to launch, applying my technical expertise in plastic part injection molding and electro/mechanical manufacturing environments, as well as my knowledge of APQP, Six Sigma, lean design, and design for manufacturability.
