As DOT Cybersecurity Policy Program Manager, manage strategic communications, office coordination and analysis of the Policy Program, ensuring DOT cybersecurity policies are kept up-to-date. Develop program strategies to implement enterprise cybersecurity and information assurance policies. Support the DOT CISO and work with customers and clients to identify problems and assess their needs, provide assistance, and provide solutions and recommendations for the creation and development of DOT cybersecurity policies and guidance. Attend and represent the DOT CISO on Classified National Security briefings, inter-agency policy working groups, subcommittees, and teams, as a subject-matter-expert in cybersecurity and information assurance policy. As DOT Cybersecurity Training Program Manager, provide management and oversight for the DOT Cybersecurity Training and Awareness Program, ensuring all DOT employees, contractors and support personnel receive annual and specialized training. Evaluate new and updated Federal training policies, standards and guidance, assess the training needs of the Department, and resolve problems related to Federal training. Represent DOT in interagency working groups and subcommittees as subject matter expert. As DOT Cybersecurity Workforce Management Program Manager, manage the Cybersecurity Workforce Program, ensuring the DOT cybersecurity workforce of over federal and contract personnel are recruited, trained and managed in accordance with Federal law, Directives and DOT policies. Develop program strategies to implement enterprise cybersecurity and information assurance workforce policies. Resolve DOT cybersecurity workforce problems and make recommendations to senior DOT leadership on opportunities for improvements to ensure workforce competency. As Security Architect, serve as security architecture subject matter expert as part of the DOT Enterprise Architecture Program.
