My role is to manage independent agency relations in Missouri and surrounding states. I act as a business partner to the agency, assisting them in achieving their business goals through our partnership. This includes helping quantify agency goals through strategic planning, mapping a course designed to reach those goals, providing front-line underwriting and book of business management, and analyzing their progress throughout the year to ensure goals are achieved. I facilitate the partnership between these agencies and our service arms in order to maximize their rewards through our partnership. My mission is to guide my agents to the greatest benefit possible through their affiliation with Amynta Work Comp Solutions and to create strong, long-term business relationships with all my partner agencies.
