Financial Planning and Analysis - Build and manage financial models including corporate model and ad hoc analysis for management - Communicate corporate financial performance and forecast to leadership including regular financial updates, audit committee summaries, and budget presentations - Partner with various department leaders to gather insight into business trends driving changes to company forecast and provide financial insights and support - Analyze and report consolidated financials and KPIs with comparisons to forecast to identify key variances and highlight operational trends - Draft executive summaries for monthly leadership meetings recapping company KPIs and multiyear forecast - Prepare quarterly earnings materials including earnings release and financial supplement - Analyze potential strategic portfolio transactions by preparing scenarios and reviewing sensitivities - Prepare schedules for loan compliance reporting as well as perform fair value calculations Investor Relations - Develop key messages and analysis for investor relations materials, including presentations, quarterly earnings call scripts, Q&A, press releases, and annual reports - Analyze analyst models, identify errors, and conduct variance analysis to corporate model - Monitor and report on peer group performance and regularly distribute to executive team Capital Transactions - Raise capital in the form of equity, term loans, bonds, lines of credit, and secured financing - Manage due diligence process for all capital transactions - Prepare presentations and reports for rating agencies Treasury Management - Manage the line of credit and outstanding cash balance - Manage ACH, wires and transfers and ensure processing in timely manner and in line with company priorities - Prepare daily cash report including cash needs, line of credit availability, interest rates, and cash balances
