About Kevin Runyan

I have been in consulting for over 19 years, with the last 12 at EY helping clients with the cybersecurity challenges. With a focus primarily on identity and access management – getting the right people the access to the right things at the right time – I help clients in the technology, healthcare and insurance industries increase efficiency and reduce risk. I provide a risk-based approach to cybersecurity programs to protect what is most important to my clients in a cost-effective way. Over the course of my career I have helped organizations in an array of industries (Media and Entertainment, Automotive, Consumer Products, Power and Utilities, Technology, Banking Regulatory, Department of Defense, and Federal Civilian) with their security problems. I have shared common leading practices while discovering and addressing the key differences for these sectors. When I’m not trying to build a more secure working world, I enjoy trying out new recipes and perfecting old favorites in the kitchen.
