Ivalua is a global leader in spend management and procurement solutions, empowering organizations to gain full visibility and control over their spend and supplier relationships.As a Presales Solutions Architect, I partner with the sales team to understand client objectives and pain points, translating them into tailored, value-driven solutions powered by the Ivalua Platform.My responsibilities span several key areas:Solution Design & Strategy: Analyze business needs to design scalable, secure, and comprehensive solutions for end-to-end procurement and spend management.Technical Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert on Ivalua’s architecture, integration capabilities, and cloud infrastructure.Sales Support: Collaborate with account executives to craft technical sales strategies and deliver impactful presentations and tailored product demos.RFP/RFI Response: Provide in-depth technical and functional responses to support proposal efforts.PoC & CRP Management: Lead the design and execution of proofs of concept and conference room pilots to showcase the platform’s value and fit.Workshops & Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate solution workshops and engage with cross-functional stakeholders from IT, Cybersecurity, Procurement, and Finance.Integration Leadership: Guide technical discussions around integrating Ivalua with ERP systems and third-party tools.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and our partner ecosystem to align go-to-market efforts.This role bridges technology and business, ensuring our clients receive high-impact solutions that drive digital procurement transformation.
