Thanks for clicking into my profile! Now that you’re here, here’s a little bit about me and what makes me tick.I find most people say they are a “people person.” But what does this mean? And is this true of most people? I’m a big believer in a strengths based approach to work, and to life. Below are my top 5 strengths according to CliftonStrengths. I thrive when I have the opportunity to develop people. As a certified life coach, I inherently believe people have within them what they need to succeed. I help them discover and deploy their strengths to find that success. In addition to people, I also jump at any chance to develop a vision into reality. This can be as simple as hitting a monthly sales goal, or as complex as restructuring a department to be more efficient. If the vision will bring positive change, I’m all in!At Dexcom I have experienced much success. As an inside sales representative I won “Circle of Excellence” in 2018. I was promoted to supervisor on 2019 and took a struggling district from near the bottom to near the top of sales performance. While doing so, I created a professional growth training program for our entire sales department. When Dexcom moved away from direct distribution and closed it\'s inside sales department I moved over to the trade team where I am now supporting our national DME distributors as they provide our system to our mutual patients.Outside of work I’m an advocate for adoption and foster care (my wife and I have adopted 4 children, 3 out of foster care), and for type 1 diabetes research (my son has T1D).
