Most recently, following Private Equity investment and having had experience as the Business Acquisition Project Co-ordinator for two IFA acquisitions in the North of England, I have played a key role in atomos\' recent acquisition strategy. Supporting and advising the new Head of Acquisition Implementation and Integration on risks, actions and process whilst also being accountable for the transfer of circa £2bn of client assets between provider agencies and platforms and the subsequent support required for data reporting to help identify suitable transfers into the CIP.As third party Firm Administrator (agency operations) demonstrating exceptional stakeholder management skills I am accountable for managing and maintaining relationships with over 200 mortgage, investment, pension and protection product providers ensuring the successful delivery of circa £15m of revenue into finance operations and third party platform access requirements for 150 staff ensuring immediate access for Administrators, Financial Advisers and Paraplanners to support the servicing of thirty thousand clients.Experience with with Xplan and Intelligent Office and the implementation of data feeds to deliver effective reporting.As well as supporting the vertically integrated financial planning model I also spent 2 years as part of the senior leadership team in the Sanlam UK network model - formerly Tavistock/Financial Ltd which supported 115 appointed representatives following which I was tasked with winding down the business within 6 months, providing regular reports and updates to CEO and CFO.Preparation and delivery of management information and operational reports to UK board.Provided all areas within the business with data and information required for reporting.
