In August 2025, Kevin started new chapter in his career as Manager – IT Identity Management at Ulta Beauty, based in Bolingbrook, IL, with a goal to introduce significantly more automation of role based access controls to a growing enterprise, increasing security and enabling faster onboarding of new talent to be successful in their goals!Most recently, Kevin Reynolds has completed a 28 year run at USCellular, following the purchase of USCellular by T-Mobile on August 1. Kevin was serving as the Senior Manager of Cyber Security Architecture, in the Information Security Organization, leading a team of senior Architects to drive security improvement and adoption throughout the enterprise. Key responsibilities included delivering Cyber Security Requirements performing Cyber Risk Assessment, provide consulting on RFPs, Projects and Initiatives, as well as publishing Security Policies and Standards. Prior to managing the Security Architecture team, Kevin lead the Identity and Access Management (IAM) team as USCellular, from 20••••21. In this role, he oversaw the expansion of Identity\'s role in protecting the organization from cyber threats, for various Identity types, including Customer and Workforce IDs. This included migrations from legacy to new Directory and Federation Services, as well as the introduction and enforcement of Multi-factor authentication throughout multiple Identity types including Customer and various Workforce personas.
