Primary responsibility for managing the real estate functions for Thomson Reuters North American real estate portfolio. Thomson Reuters is a leading provider of integrated information solutions to business and professional markets worldwide. 2024 revenues of $7.26 billion / Approximately 26,400 employees in over 100 countries. The Americas portfolio specifically supports approximately 14,100 employees. Works with internal business customers to define current and future real estate needs, and develop strategies and recommendations that align with overall TR Corporate goals & objectives. Responsible for supporting and implementing portfolio strategies, including establishing Enterprise Hub locations in critical markets and elimination of redundant rooftops. Over the last several years, the effort has resulted in the reduction of well over 100 rooftops in North America alone.Also responsible for coordinating transaction activity with TR’s preferred brokerage partner and internal business partners (Design & Construction and Facilities Management) to deliver the end-state solutions.Responsibility in driving portfolio related saving initiatives to achieve significant occupancy cost reductions.Key team member in M&A Due Diligence and integration efforts as well as divestitures.
