About Kevin Rath

My career has been spent in the field of social services, most recently as the co-founder of Tempo, a social service measurement platform. Most of my career was spent as the Founder and former Executive Director of Manos Home Care, an employee-owned company with 2,100 direct care staff providing respite and personal assistance to 1,800 people with disabilities in the San Francisco East Bay. Manos has grown to become one of the top 100 employee-owned businesses in the US, as well as one of the top 100 employers in the SF Bay Area. During my tenure, I worked with California trade associations and various governmental departments on developmental disability financial models that were used to set service vendor rates. I have also served on a variety of boards for nonprofits working on corporate ESG and developmental disability services. Fluent in Spanish.
