Drive the technical governance committees including Architectural review committee and provide guidance on adherence to technical architecture standards. Work with the internal teams to align on architectural standards. Support development of SRE, DevOps and other leading practices into the Cloud CoE. Media and Communications Company : IT Data Center Platform Hosting Strategy & DC to AWS move Developed an application migration strategy for the 37 Prod applications in the NAP7 Data Center that had 95 shared instances. Created a migration strategy for each of the applications in scope and identified the specific instances to be moved and any pre-cutover activity ( Firewalls, Load balancers, 3rd party licenses, caching, domain changes, Database builds) Global OEM Products Company : Clone and Carve Divestiture Project - Planned and led the Cutover and Wave Management Application Carve-out efforts for the Divestiture project. The scope involved 54 applications, 25 Bundles, 700+ activities, tasks, 120 + people /unique activity owners assigned. Global Financial Services Bank : Infra Assessment & IP Re-addressing- Managed the deployment/migration and cutover sessions of 796 Branches and Large Back offices. Coordinated all IP readdressing deployments and implementations of PE/CE readdressing changes with Service Providers i.e. AT & T & BT.
