ABOUT KEVIN RANDLE

Highly motivated, energetic and experienced Senior Leader, with a proven track record in delivery of Portfolio/Project/Programme Management, Business Improvement, Change and Transformation Management in the Insurance Industry. More recently applying the above skills and developing knowledge of rules and guidance to help successfully deliver Regulatory change and materially change regulatory and conduct risk, whilst helping to improve customer outcomes. I am passionate about leading people, identifying opportunities and implementing solutions, which transform business performance, resolve issues and make a positive difference for customers, people and the business. I enjoy nothing more than working with people to improve things in a business for customers and people, and at the same time achieving business goals. Working collaboratively and having a can-do mindset to find a way to make things better. Over time I\'ve developed the ability to quickly identify an opportunity, translate this into practical solutions and communicate effectively with stakeholders to get the job done. This includes interpreting business requirements for system change, developing robust business cases and managing stakeholders to gain support. Ultimately being able to implement changes, which some colleagues believed would not be possible. Most recently applying this to complex regulation in a large and diverse UK composite insurer.
