Wolfspeed is leading the industry transformation from Silicon to Silicon Carbide and GaN to support the transition to electric vehicles, the move to faster 5G networks, and the evolution of renewable energy and energy storage. Led the development and execution of a unified New Product and Technology Introduction business process that standardized deliverables across Power, RF, and Materials business units and conformed to automotive industry standards. Defined process KPIs that supported faster time-to-market and improved ROI and provided regular reports to executive leadership. Recruited a team of engineers to partner with program management teams in the development of products from \"concept to qual\". Notable achievements: Standardizing intra-phase deliverables and systems to streamline product development. Developed tools and templates to support a portfolio of 200+ active products and 20+ active technologies through 500+ gate reviews. Successfully commercialized over 25 products with >90% first-pass qualification rate. Automating monitoring of yield, performance, and cycle time metrics. Built widely adopted tools in SQL, JMP, and Excel used to improve operational transparency. Developed a yield defect density model that was adopted as the company standard and supported entitlement goaling and supply planning. Managing the transfer of the Power product portfolio from the 150mm to the 200mm fabrication line. Partnered with stakeholders across all divisions to define and execute a manufacturable plan to transfer over 120 fab line items supporting over 300 products.
