Management and prioritization of the product backlog. • Scrum project organization and alignment- ticket organization, velocity establishment and tracking for the Development, UX and QA teams. • Scrum sprint planning, Ticket development, backlog grooming, setting sprint goals and sprint planning meetings. • Resource planning, minimum viable product definition, feature estimation. • Customer representation through demo feedback and beta testing products.
