I play a key role in ensuring the success of the Owner Controlled Insurance Program (OCIP), performing thorough risk assessments for all construction-related tasks to proactively address potential hazards.I maintain strong, collaborative relationships with project teams to support a zero-incident culture, and I work closely with both internal teams and contractors to implement effective safety methodologies on site. I oversee and contribute to incident investigations, conduct root cause analyses, and ensure that corrective actions are clearly reported and executed.Partnering with the global loss control team, I help ensure that all deliverables and job functions meet or exceed established safety standards.
