Manages land development projects from entitlement through plat recording. Negotiates and executes franchise utility agreements. Designs, permits, procures and constructs tenant improvements. Develops property offerings, purchase and sale agreements, and design guidelines. Responsible for successful schedule and budget performance, construction management and project close out. Prepares bid documents, specifications, and cost estimates. Meets with jurisdictions as necessary to clarify project issues. Works with jurisdictions to process modifications and waivers, conditional use permits and variances. Introduced new projects to local jurisdictions and participated in meetings related to projects. Responsible for communicating project status across many teams and management levels. Works cross functionally with internal and external teams including KCHA leadership, property management, public policy and Greenbridge Association. Collaborates with KCHA leadership and staff to apply for grants and track grant requirements through close out. Manages construction project managers, development consultants, contractors and support staff.
