ABOUT KEVIN PARKER

I am a husband, father, and professional. I love my family, and I love my work.Our world is in a state of continuous, exponential change. This excites me as I see opportunities in our current and near-term challenges. If we can uncover blind spots in our professions, and in ourselves, we can strive for improvement and influence the change we believe in. For better or worse, I\'m an idealist. I look for the silver linings, for the potential of what something can be, and treat failure as a learning moment. This is why I love what I do. My experience with Rockwell has empowered me to leverage my strengths and beliefs to bring value to others. I\'ve had opportunities to work directly with customers, helping to solve their business challenges. I\'ve driven continuous improvement internal to our sales organization driven by my passion for the people and customers we work with. Currently, I have the privilege of leading the Fiix by Rockwell Automation business development and sales organization in the Americas region. We help teams deploy better maintenance strategies. It’s our way of contributing to manufacturing and bringing companies forward in their digital transformation journeys. I believe in our future and the importance of helping others. I enjoy every moment of coaching and seeing others succeed.
