ABOUT KEVIN OGDEN
I am a UK based Engineer/Project Manager/Principal Estimator with 40+ years of wide ranging experience in the design, construction, management and bidding of water/waste-water and underground utility projects and networks. Over this period I have performed these roles as a client, main contractor and sub-contractor. I am recognized as a Technical Advisor by the Lloyds Register in accordance with the requirements of the Water Industry Registration Scheme which administers the self-lay of water infrastructures by approved Self-Lay Organisations on behalf of developers. In the operational posts which I have held I have successfully managed contracts of up to £30million value employing in excess of 80 full-time personnel. I have a wide experience in the design, construction and bidding of all aspects of the water/waste-water/storm-water/multi-utility sectors - networks, storage, treatment facilities and pumping stations. Member of The Florida Section of the American Society of Civil Engineers since July 2016.
