Collaborate with District Operators to develop annual CapEx projects, including cost estimation, prioritization, and resource planning for the execution of all targeted CapEx initiatives. • Manage preventive and corrective maintenance activities for multiple store locations across the province of Ontario. • Meet regularly with Senior Operations to provide project status updates and review budgets to ensure all work meets required deadlines. • Serve as the lead for all sustainability projects in Ontario and parts of Western Canada, including refrigeration case upgrades, condenser replacements, and rack replacements. • Led all modernization projects in Ontario, working closely with engineering consultants and Crombie (the landlord) to ensure all parking lot replacements were completed in accordance with contract specifications. • Use the Verisae system daily to create work orders, obtain and review quotes, and review and approve invoices up to to ensure uninterrupted store-level operations. • Regularly meet with contractors and store operators/ owners to review job requirements and address any related budget concerns. • Work directly with the Procurement Team to oversee the procurement of equipment and services, including refrigeration designs tailored to the specific requirements of each project.
