Managed the integration of a Canadian company as well as the plant and distribution centers into the distribution network from a global operations standpoint. Earned Six Sigma Green Belt with Narragansett Beer on a project to improve efficiencies and reduce freight costs. Evaluated freight lanes and came up with solutions that increased the acceptance by 18% and reduced costs by 10%. Additionally we came up with a process to improve inventory reporting allowing more transparency in the supply chain.
