Responsible for concept site design, feasibility studies, entitlement, construction documents, and development of residential projects to include single family attached and detached units. Responsible for negotiation of contracts and management of consultants and contractors. Capable of addressing all aspects of site development from entitlement/due diligence research through construction documents and construction oversight.
