I\'m an experienced sales leader, coach and mentor, with a demonstrated history of leading teams of teams in the professional and consumer goods industry to unparalleled success. I started my career as a sales professional and worked my way to largest dollar territory in North America. My performance and potential were recognized as I moved up in the organization to District Manager, Strategic Account Manager, Sales Training Manager, Director of Sales (where I had my territory expanded twice) and finally, Project Manager. During this time, I was awarded the Key Contributor Award 12 times. To date, I am the most decorated winner in the company\'s history.One of my particular skills is taking a new role that never existed before and making it impactful and successful. I start with a blank piece of paper and vision and it valuable. The roles of Strategic Account Manager and Sales Training Manager are two examples. These positions are still in place today. When I was tasked to run an SAP conversion as Project Manager, my company put their trust in me for a role I had never done before.
