Trial attorney. I represent individuals and families who have been seriously harmed as a result of the wrongdoing of others. My experience includes cases involving ride share (Lyft and Uber) accidents, bicycle accidents, construction site injuries, defective and dangerous products, automobile collisions, truck accidents, pedestrian accidents, and premises liability incidents resulting in injuries stemming from unsafe conditions. I personally handle my clients\' cases from the outset through resolution. I have tried cases to juries throughout California, and enjoy trial work. However, the vast majority of my client\'s cases settle by way of mediation, due to the hard work of thoroughly preparing their cases. I often use focus groups to test the strengths and weaknesses of our arguments.
