ABOUT KEVIN MORRILL
I am an Engineering manager with 36 years experience including large engineering projects in excess of 3 million pounds. I pride myself in completing projects on time and budget consistently achieving excellent results which is reflected in my role progression over the last 10 years.I use the Princes 2 processes and develop my team to organise and control the project from end to end using these principles.I currently write and control all the capital submissions for funding including URS and contract completions. With the use of regular meetings / updates and work packages I control the stage gates required to complete a successful project. We use a yearly phasing planner to ensure all 35 projects per annum are kept on schedule and we currently enjoy a 100% success rate. All projects are fully documented including PDI/FAT visits and PUWER risk assessments / Electrical installation certs/ etc.The work is very rewarding as in most projects they rarely repeat.
