Lead and execute 7 projects per quarter to align operations from a global perspective for both local and international environments and ensure uninterrupted power supply for the integrated network in 15 buildings in the United States, 2 in the Netherlands, and 2 in China. • Reduce enterprise-wide network outages by 87.5% equating to approximately $3 Million dollars a year in cost savings. • Design 4 inter-departmental workflows to integrate new and existing technologies that result in a reduction in turnaround time for multiple Network Department’s project milestones. • Present 26 performance indicators to the Chief Information Officer on a weekly basis including key metrics that allow the leadership team to make data-driven decisions for the UC Department, impacting ZT Systems operations as a whole. • Establish strong and sustainable vendor relationships with 8 supplier companies to ensure timely completion and implementation of projects while complying with strict budgets of up to $1.2 Million for the global ZT systems’ processes. • Create standardized vendor rates, payment structure, and communicate scope of work to all key stakeholders, reaching $76,823 in cost savings in 2021.• Map out project execution and stakeholder ownership to create global standards for 43 server rooms that support the digital and network infrastructure for the enterprise worldwide. • Manage cross-functional teams to create a meaningful standard process to utilize conference rooms’ resources that support all meeting platforms to improve customers’ experience when on-site in 19 facilities where ZT Systems operates. • Manage direct reports to support the UC Department’s requirements and responsibilities through consistent performance expectations and mentorship.
