Our team has experience in the following multi-family product types: Single Family Cluster Housing, Townhome / Rowhouses, Cluster / Manor Homes, Garden Apartments, Village Cluster / Urban-Suburban Homes, Four Story Apartments with Central Garage Structure, Five Story Apartment with Central Garage Structure, and Four/Five Story Apartments over Podium Garage.Our senior housing division specializes in senior living campuses consisting of independent living, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, and dementia care. As President and COO, I will be focused on overseeing the day-to-day operations of the acquisitions, development and construction of our multi-family and senior campuses. I provide strategic planning to support further growth within our specific product types and geographic locations. I am a graduate of Marquette University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Cum Laude, and a Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Illinois.
