I am a Director in the Recoveries and Receivership team advising Banks, debt buyers, servicers, special servicers and Insolvency Practitioners on all aspects of commercial and residential property. I have provided asset management, leasing, investment sales advice to a collection of clients on assets throughout the UK. I have a very enjoyable career in the property industry for over 30 years. and have worked to resolve complex issues on all types of properties UK wide.Most recently I have been appointed over several shopping centres but I also take monitoring roles where I work with the borrower to enhance the asset value in preparation for an exit or refinancing.I am appointed over several part built residential scheme across the UK and secure exits for lenders. These are challenging assets to exit because of issues with warranties and build quality and sometimes the best realisation is achieved by building out and completing the asset and exiting either by a build sale or individual sales.I have been appointed over a 36 bed hotel in central Liverpool where I restructured the hotel lease, let the ground floor to the Alchemist and then sold the asset on behalf of Cerberus.I am pleased that I have several long term relationships with banks and lenders where we have worked as part of a team on complex property structures and found the best exit given prevailing market conditions. My clients don\'t want unpleasant surprises they want solutions very often quickly and at sensible costs.
