   Overall responsibility for Skyworks Failure Analysis in Newbury Park and Singapore. • Manage day to day operations of the Newbury Park Failure Analysis Lab. • Proactively work with Reliability team on failure analysis requirements for new products and and technologies and establish priorities and schedules for reliability failures. • Interface with Customer Quality Engineering regarding RMA priorities and providing status. • Reduced RMA FA cycle time from 5 days to <4 days through improved FA readiness and elimination of steps in FA process (e.g. developed socketed FA test fixtures). • Publish weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPIs, identify gaps and implement continuous improvement actions to improve goal achievement success rate. • Participate in capital planning and develop FA roadmap for Newbury Park FA lab. • Develop FA database queries to streamline data mining and reporting.
