ABOUT KEVIN MCCOMBIE

I am an energetic and happy individual with a passion for making a positive impact. Recently, I decided to take all the skills I have learned over my career to a new role in sales, as the Sales & Partnerships Manager for Carma. I hope to use my knowledge and experience to help achieve their mission, to make as big of an impact socially and environmentally as possible. All through planting trees. I also get to work with the Green Task Force, helping Veterans is something I\'m very proud to be a part as part of this role! I am excited to continue my journey, making a difference in the world, and connecting with like-minded individuals who share my passion for making a positive impact. Below is what has led me to where I am now: After completing School I left home to start a progressive career in the British Army as an aircraft engineer, I spent over seven years serving in different countries and working on various aircraft. During this time, I developed valuable skills such as resilience, focus, loyalty, and the ability to adapt to new situations. After leaving the military, I joined the railway industry, utilizing the transferable skills I had gained whilst engineering. Through hard work and dedication, I became a proficient engineer in my new sector, showcasing all the skills I had gained in the military. Over the past five years, I held several roles, including some management positions, further refining my leadership and problem-solving abilities.
