Lucro was established in 2003 and serves 71 partners with commercial loan underwriting, loan documentation, appraisal process management and full loan servicing. With our partners combined assets of $76B, Lucro has the capacity and experience to cultivate new loan opportunities for our partnership network. The partnership network spans primarily up the east coast with a reach in the Midwest and western US. What types of loans do we originate?
