I have a few passions; Jesus, My Wife and three incredible kids, Hospitality, Developing and Encouraging Others….oh, and Golf; definitely Golf! I love helping people lead their teams well. It brings me so much joy and purpose to walk alongside businesses to help them realize the effectiveness they can have when their teams become NEXT LEVEL TEAMS. I love working with people and building relationships. I\'m on the beginning of a journey to help companies and organizations unlock their potential and I can\'t be more excited!
