In an oversight capacity, accountable for the effective planning of all Company slickline operations for customers in a defined group. The planning itself to be executed by the relevant Onshore Supervisors.I am the hub for technical information and knowledge exchange (within the department) Coordinate the early project screening evaluations and the programme development and job planning processes. Evaluation of the well intervention execution plans in M3, equipment lists and team compositions proposed by the Company for all defined slickline operations. Chair SEM planning peer review sessions and other planning review and hold point/sign off sessions as deemed appropriate including meeting with Onshore wireline supervisor or manager.Ensure Onshore Supervisors and obtain and provide sufficient information to support the planning/decision making processes. Evaluate the information, the decisions made and the proposed methodologies and solutions offered by Onshore Supervisors when planning the well interventions. Challenges gaps in information and challenges the proposed well intervention solutions wherever these are deemed insufficiently robust or where more innovative, effective or beneficial solutions may be available. Support investigations into non-conformance events (NCRs) relevant to the designated scope.Maintain proactive communication with business development team, keeping them informed of all matters relevant to their areas of responsibility.Ensure job planning is effective and adequately considers all relevant risks, the upsides and downsides of options relevant to alternative approaches and technologies, and scenario planning anticipating difficulties and what if’s.I was International Operations Supervisor 20••••20I am also an Internal SVQ A1 Assessor & Verifier for in-house competence systemPeer Reviewer for whole department utilizing the Service Execution Model Super user for Company In Site and Self Verification programmes.
