The Event Services Group provides Overlay design, along with the installation and operational management, for temporary electrical, mechanical and IT services required for an event that are outside the normal uses of the facility. These often include the host broadcaster, the Broadcast Network, the Press Media, league Operations, Half Time Show, Opening and Closing Ceremonies, on location hospitality, additional back of house requirements and heightened security requirements, which includes secured entry and perimeter. Typical responsibilities are to provide concept loads by completing venue assessments, assist in determining if the source of the services are from utility or generator, develop initial designs for procurement, continue to develop those plans for permit documents, manage the selection of the Electrical/Mechanical supplier, manage the installation of supplier\'s commodities and be the on-site point of contact for the event organizer during the event should any Electrical/Mechanical issues occur. Our team has worked with many organizations, including the NFL, CFB, FIFA, the IOC and national party conventions as part of a fully integrated event planning team to deliver temporary overlays that function as permanent equivalents.Our team has developed and performed a Full Mains testing procedure and protocol for the Super Bowl venues as well as other stadiums being used by the NFL in Twickenham, Tottenham and Mexico City. We have also developed and implemented scenarios and operational protocols for Technical Rehearsals for both Summer and Winter Olympic Games. We are currently providing the Overlay electrical design services for Super Bowl LIV in Miami, Florida.
