About Kevin

I am a historian of Colonial and Native America and a Ph.D. in History candidate (ABD) at Boston College. My research interests include environmental history, property, and empire in the Northeast and Vast Early America.In addition to my historical work, I\'m a passionate, empathetic, and inclusive educator with a robust teaching record in coursework on Colonial America, Atlantic World, Early Modern Europe and Africa, U.S. History, and American Government at Boston College and Northeastern University. In the classroom, I\'m committed to using experiential learning and digital humanities approaches to engage and empower students from all backgrounds.I\'m also the U.S Partnerships Manager at Lumiere Education, a research mentoring program that matchesambitious students with experienced researchers, who work 1-on-1 on individualized research projects. My role entails growing and maintaining partnerships with our partners, overseeing outreach campaigns, and brainstorming new initiatives.
