Executive Director of the Sacramento Transportation Authority (STA). STA’s is responsible for serving as the fiscal administrator of the Measure A program. Measure A works to reduce traffic congestion, improve public transit, fix local streets and roads, and protect the environment. All funds collected via Measure A must be spent within Sacramento County.
