Kevin is a Southern California native who’s turned his lifelong passion for sports into a growing career in business. A graduate of California Lutheran University’s MBA program with a focus in Marketing, Kevin brings a rare mix of competitive drive, team leadership, and real-world experience to the table - all rooted in the discipline he honed both on the rugby pitch and through years of hands-on work.His time with GameBreaker, a leader in sports protective gear, gave him a firsthand look at operations and product development in the sports business space. Later, as a Sales Intern with Enovis, he gained valuable experience in the medical industry - learning how strong client relationships, effective liquidation efforts, and innovative strategies drive growth. Today, Kevin has taken on a new challenge as a Project Coordinator with Harrington Process Solutions, where he is applying his skills to support large-scale industrial projects, and deliver solutions that help businesses operate more efficiently.But Kevin’s talents don’t stop behind the scenes. For nearly five years, he was the voice of Cal Lutheran Athletics as a Play-by-Play and Color Analyst, covering men’s and women’s volleyball and basketball. It’s a role that sharpened his communication skills, taught him how to think on his feet, and made him comfortable in front of a mic - or a boardroom.From fueling boats on the Dana Point docks to managing customer needs at Jack’s Surfboards, Kevin’s early work experiences taught him responsibility, adaptability, and what it takes to connect with people from all walks of life. Whether stocking inventory or coordinating projects, he brings the same energy and professionalism to everything he does.When he’s not working, Kevin’s most likely catching waves, playing rugby, or cheering on the LA Angels - always blending his trademark SoCal chill with a go-getter mindset.With a strong academic foundation, diverse work experience, and a passion for growth, Kevin Lynch is building a career where performance meets personality - and where every move is made with purpose.
