Hands on experience of analyzing various risk engines DU and LPA. • Well equipped with depth understanding on 4C\'s.(Credit, Capacity, Capital & Collateral) • Review and analyze special conditions, loan deficiencies and exception requests to determine appropriate courses of action. • Evaluating and ensuring overall loan documents are accurate, complete and compliant; reviewing of financial statements, credit reports, applicable ratios (i.e. Debt ratios, loan-to-value) and other supporting documentation. • Analysis of various income documents (Paystub, W2, WVOE, Tax Returns) to arrive at the base qualifying income of the borrower. • Analysis of the credit report of the applicant to ascertain monthly debt obligation. • Analysis of Asset documents to verify if borrower has enough assets to meet the requirements of closing the loan. • Analysis of credit worthiness of the borrower based on their spending pattern and past credit records
