With over 10 years of work experience, I am a passionate and versatile product leader and software engineer, with expertise in data analysis, databases, and project management. I am currently the Product Lead and Senior Software Engineer at MightyText, a leading app that lets users text from their computer and tablet. I enjoy working with a talented and diverse team, and I am motivated by the mission of creating products that delight millions of users and solve real problems.At MightyText, I have been responsible for specing, scoping, and driving launches of all new features with the engineering team, resulting in improved engagement, customer LTV, and optimized infrastructure costs. Some of the features and products that I have built and launched include: Realtime Message Sync Reliability System, Product Quality Anomaly Detection and Communication, Realtime Push Service, Desktop Application, In-House Analytics Warehouse, and Growth Experiment Framework. I have also led engineering for our web applications, Chrome extensions, and web tools, using cutting-edge technologies and best practices.
