Systems included 1290, 1260, 1200, and 1100 series HPLCs. • Deliver Software Qualifications (IQ, OQ and RQ) based on USP Analytical Instrument Qualification (AIQ) process. • Optimize hardware/software/configurations at customer sites. • Diagnoses and resolves product performance problems. • Advise customers on preventive maintenance and system configurations. • Proactively respond to potential equipment issues, preventing unplanned downtime. • Responsible for maintaining up-to-date compliance knowledge.
