Since meticulous pre-planning and coordination are critical between the design team and contractor, we utilize three-dimensional building programs to create each of our projects virtually. This allows us to clearly identify potential conflicts, missing elements, and constructability issues prior to the project start, saving both time and money. Construction Approach The Lagasse Group has developed a very loyal and extensive network of subcontractors, all of whom understand our exacting standards. As high-end residential work becomes more sophisticated and complex, our focus is to hire the best subcontractors to perform the work while our project team looks ahead to advance the construction process smoothly. We continue to maintain excellence and quality with our projects even after construction has been completed. With an entire team dedicated to home care and maintenance, we stand behind what we build. We will also provide our service and quality to homeowners that did not build with us. Safety and Insurance Safety is crucial on all projects, but as a young company, it is even more critical that our safety record be impeccable. Our excellent safety record and MOD rating directly drive our insurance costs, maintaining a safe and accident-free workplace is a benefit to our clients.
