Lead and manage the Raw Garden Quality team, develop standardized Quality Control and Quality Assurance policy and procedures for cannabis cultivation and manufacturing Design, improve, and implement Central Coast Agriculture / Raw Garden\'s Quality Management System (QMS), modeled on ISO:9001 international standards Collaborate with Operations and Product / R&D teams to develop Product Quality Plans (PQP) and perform Hazard Analysis of Critical Control Points (HACCP) for all manufacturing processes Implement and expand internal testing analytics and capabilities, including viscosity, opaque and translucent color analysis, and gravimetric HPLC-cannabinoid potency; manage all 3rd-party laboratory testing as required and defined by PQP / HACCP Administer the Batch Production Record System and track all Operations KPIs related to product and process quality, review and approve Master Manufacturing Protocols Collaborate with R&D and Operations to validate new products and processes through all stage gates from ideation through development, launch, pre & post-launch review Manage and assure product quality and conformance through partnerships with co-manufacturers, vendors, and suppliers
