I am an AI researcher and policymaker with experience writing data protection laws, data sharing agreements, and national AI strategies. Before joining research teams at Stanford and Harvard I worked in human rights, international development, and affordable housing advocacy, combining quantitative research and community organizing. My research on transparency, safety, and security of generative AI systems has been cited by the New York Times, the Washington Post, the Wall Street Journal, Wired, and the Atlantic among others.
