The Principal Consultant is responsible for the development and delivery of consulting services (Discovery). The PC is involved in both pre-sales and post-sales settings that relate to complex business process analysis and optimization engagements in and data, composition print, inserting and mail environments. The re-engineering of clients’ business processes will often be based on the technologies represented in RICOH’s solution or sourcing portfolio. Therefore, the PC will be required to have a detailed understanding of RICOH’s various hardware/software offerings, along with our Professional and Managed Services capabilities.This position requires the ability to map and analyze current business processes, identify bottlenecks and opportunities for efficiency improvement & cost savings through process modeling. The deliverable from this data gathering will be the creation of a compelling report, ROI/TCO and presentation based on key financial and business objective data points, while being mindful of the client’s corporate culture. The report must be presented to executive management in a clear and compelling manner, demonstrating reasonable investment payback periods.The PC must possess a high degree of creativity, leadership, organizational and process analysis skills. The PC must have a proven track record with presenting to Executive Management in both pre-sales and formal engagement settings.

As a National Practice Leader / Principal Consultant for RICOH’s Graphic Communications Group – Dealer Channel, Kevin Klansky is an energetic Production Print Sales Engineer with a passion for the success and sustainability of the Print Service Provider. After successfully serving in the United States Air Force, Kevin has spent 39 years in the printing industry acquiring knowledge in a broad array of printing solutions and is considered a subject matter expert in production print hardware/software solutions, data streams, workflow, VDP, Web2Print, MIS and other print centric related solutions. Kevin possesses (or has possessed) several industry certifications including: Microsoft’s MCP, MSCE, MCT; CompTIA’s A+, Network+, CDIA+ and CTT+; IDEAlliance CMP; Manufacturer Certifications from Xerox, Canon, Ricoh, Oce, Kodak, HP, eProductivity Software, RSA and Objectif Lune. In addition, Kevin is registered with the CIP4 organization as a representative of Ricoh. The CIP4 Organization is a not-for-profit standards association, whose mission is to foster the adoption of process automation in the printing industry.
