Over 30 years of design experience as a healthcare principal, designer and senior project manager, concentrated on innovative solutions in Design, Planning and Management. The focus of this design experience has been in the sectors of Healthcare, Science & Technology and Commercial Architecture. My design inspiration, management style and commitment to each sector evolve from the project\'s context and history as well as functional requirements and defined goals. I find this approach allows proposed design visions to be successfully transitioned from paper to reality. Concise evidence based goals are generated along with strategies for implementation. Completed healthcare projects have been featured in numerous publications, speaking engagements and white papers related to best practices in healthcare design. Each recognition, publications and writing demonstrates my continuing research and commitment to enhancing the partnership with clients to implement their design vision, while creating innovative and functional healthcare environments. Previous professional responsibilities have encompassed client relations in corporate healthcare marketing, national account management to program development, strategic planning, conceptual planning, departmental planning, design and project management. Recent Projects: • Healthcare Principal and Sr. Project Manager for the $358 million Cardon Children’s Medical Center in Mesa, Arizona for Banner Health System completed in the fall of 2010. • Project Director for the $520 million CHRCO, Children\'s Hospital and Research Center Oakland, in California from 20••••11.
