I have 25+ years of experience in virtually all areas of sports business. Currently serving as Executive Director of a 50k+ member non-profit, youth sports governing body. Core competencies include: brand marketing, strategic relationship management, event management, media relations/crisis management, and revenue generation.Success Stories- Reinvented the brand of Massachusetts Hockey from a reputation of being simply a discipline authority to being look at as an industry leader in youth sports development- Key contributor to team at USA Hockey responsible for acquisition and retention programs that created a 7.2% increase in membership after a several-year history of declining membership- Directed a sales and marketing team in the AHL that generated ticket revenue in excess of $2.75m (top 20% of league)- Successfully brought together several business units with competing interests in order to create a unified governance structure in the best interests of the industry.My goal is to help my employer reach theirs.
