First and foremost, I love to put smiles on guests and ensure they have an amazing experience. Being a leader has always been a strong suit of mine. I enjoy training someone new in the workplace and see them grow off my advice and mentorship. This has led to guests leaving the facility overly satisfied and gave me opportunities to expand my network. When I have free time, I enjoy working out, attend social events with my friends and family, keep myself organized, and travel to different places to gain a new experience. In my working career, I have been a sales manager in a five star luxury boutique hotel. This has shown me how to be a leader and hold accountability for my actions and other employee\'s actions as well. I also gained the skills to shift gears quickly and understand how to adapt to what\'s needed. I am always looking to take the initiative in new responsibilities. My passion for Management in Hospitality and Tourism has motivated me to pursue a degree at Stockton University, and allow me to connect with many talented professionals in the field. This has enabled me to not only build a valuable network but also learn how to implement new ideas into the Hospitality industry.
