As the Director of Plan & Deliver, I have been responsible for driving demand planning, warehousing, and logistics. By implementing a Transportation Management System (TMS), I successfully captured significant freight cost savings while also improving overall performance. Additionally, I spearheaded the installation of additional docks to receive ocean containers directly, reducing costs associated with transloading facilities. Adopting Arkeiva, statistical forecasting software, has further enhanced our forecasting accuracy and inventory management.In previous roles at Beech-Nut Nutrition, including Director of Logistics and Director of Logistics & Customer Operations, I focused on logistics, warehousing, and customer service. I empowered my teams to make impactful decisions, resulting in cost savings and process improvements. Before joining Beech-Nut Nutrition, I held positions at AngioDynamics, a leading medical technology company. As Supply Chain Manager and later as Materials Manager, I successfully managed purchasing, production scheduling, and oversaw multiple facilities. I achieved substantial inventory reduction while improving cash flow and contributed to the implementation of three different ERP systems.My commitment to continuous improvement and my ability to drive change make me a valuable asset in optimizing supply chain operations and delivering exceptional results.
