   Manage the Advanced Manufacturing (AM) cluster for city of Portland. Promote Prosper Portland programs and resources during visits with an average of 50 AM businesses annually; implemented cluster development process with executive level representatives of manufacturing firms –hired facilitator, conducted presentations, wrote reports; developed AM action plan; conducted presentations to PDC Commissioners, AM quarterly functions, industry seminars; Organize functions focused on supply chain development, workforce, lean manufacturing, R&D, industrial land supply; Managed Harbor Redevelopment Initiative focused on getting 18 underutilized sites in Portland harbor back into productive operational use – organized planning meetings, developed strategies, coordinated with property owners, met with EPA officials, led committee consisting of representatives from relevant City and State agencies, industrial related organizations, and Port of Portland. Recruit companies to participate in trade shows and other events; Manage contracts for OMEP, ZWA, HREDI, professional facilitator, Manufacturing 21 Coalition and University of Oregon. Established and lead the Japan Initiative program for Prosper Portland.
